Yep, it is that time of the year when MSA starts accepting nominations for all the six positions on the Executive Board, for the next academic year (2009-2010). The positions are President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Historian, Secretary, and Social Coordinator. A description for each position can be found here: www.uabmsa.org/elections
Points to Note
- Voters and Nominees MUST BE dues paid members.
- Nominees should plan to be enrolled (full-time/part-time) in 2009-2010 school year.
- Eligible candidates may also avail the self-nomination option.
- Nominations MUST be received by 5pm on Monday, March 30th. We will accept no more nominations beyond that date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All nominations must be emailed to .
- Voting on April 13th, 2009 at 7PM in the Great Hall, following candidate speeches and Q&A (60-90 minutes)

Need to pay dues? Contact MSA Treasurer ASAP (Zain Janjua - ) by Thrusday, March 26th! If you do not pay your dues by this date, you cannot nominate/participate in the elections.
