yea i mean i looked through those themes and picked the ones i thought people would like. if there is a specific one there you want let me know and i'll add it. also we are using smf software.

also, i'll look into making a custom theme specific for us.

on second thought the new theme is very dark and not all that practical.

http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?action=search;type=1

that page has some good practical and cool looking themes

soo, more themes... would people be interested in like having games or like "get money" for every post and then have like a shop you can buy stuff from after you have enough money; shoutbox maybe at the top you can give shout outs? all this can be added if people would think the forum more interesting?

doesnt hurt to try it. good job on adding more themes, i'm now using "mystic blue" what software do we use? i think it would be neat to make an original theme.

just thinking aloud: new forum features and fun would only benefit the current visitors. everyone else wont get anything out of it. but if we can make it REALLY good then it'll be like a very very lame version of the myspace/facebook virus and we'll get more people logging on.

the look, color scheme is really boring. change the software to whatever you think is best. also, enable bigger avatars (100X100), and flash objects. oo, and enable GIFs to animate (particularly for avatars and sigs)

i think we should update/change the forum software

might as well since there isnt any traffic that we'll be holding off  Lips Sealed

also, aside from the general board the whole forum is too serious. forums should be fun and interesting. thats why i check this one like once every 50 years and i'm constantly active on the Seymour Duncan forums

how many people here check the forum regularly and like what the forum is does.
also, is there something we can do to the forum that would help you check the forum more often, like add a chat box or something?
